Beach, Please! – The Biggest Music Festival in Europe
In a record-breaking year that cements its status as the largest music festival in Europe, Beach, Please! launches a bold initiative that puts education in the spotlight: students who score a perfect 10 on their Baccalaureate exam (June–July 2025 session) will receive a free ticket to the festival. Those who already hold a ticket will be upgraded to the Golden Circle – the premium viewing area right in front of the main stage.
Launched under the slogan “Got a 10? Get a ticket to Beach, Please!”, this campaign aims to reward academic excellence in a truly memorable way: with access to Europe’s most spectacular music experience – the perfect way to celebrate acing the exam of maturity.
“We know that behind every 10 on the BAC are hundreds of hours of work, ambition, and sacrifices. We want these young people to feel that their success matters – not just to teachers or parents, but to the cultural and creative community that defines their generation,”
said Selly (Andrei Șelaru), co-founder of Beach, Please!
“We’re a more responsible generation than people think”
This education-focused campaign reinforces a message that the organizers have emphasized in recent years: Beach, Please! is a space for free, yet balanced expression – a festival dedicated to a generation often misunderstood.
“We’re a generation that’s often judged unfairly. In reality, today’s youth know what they want, work for their dreams, and take responsibility for their choices. Beach, Please! is about them – a place where they can express themselves freely, safely, and with confidence,”
Selly added at the press conference held in front of the main stage on June 3.
Beach, Please! 2025 – A Record-Breaking Edition
This year’s edition transforms Costinești into a 21-hectare festival city, featuring the largest stage ever built in Europe, the most powerful sound system on the continent, and a production on par with major events in the United States.
The festival expects over 500,000 attendees across 5 days, with fans traveling from countries such as Germany, the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, and the Dominican Republic.
An Investment in the Future: Education, Infrastructure, Community
The “10 at BAC” initiative is part of a broader philosophy: Beach, Please! is not just a music festival – it's a long-term investment in young people and the sustainable development of Romania’s seaside.
In 2025, organizers have allocated €16 million for production and another €3 million for infrastructure upgrades in Costinești, including paving, utility networks, lighting, and green spaces. The estimated economic impact for the region exceeds €70 million.
Beyond music and entertainment, safety is a top priority: 4 advanced medical points, 2 mobile hospitals, 100 surveillance cameras, and 800 security agents will ensure a secure environment for all participants.
