Refunds can be requested at the Top-Up Points on the festival grounds. The refunded amount will equal the total remaining balance in the wristband account. Please note that this includes any online top-up transactions—withdrawn amounts will cover all funds, regardless of how they were added.

Refund Options Summary

On-site (on festival grounds) Refund: You can retrieve the entire balance remaining on your wristband, regardless of whether you topped up online or on-site.
Online Refund: You can withdraw ONLY the amount you topped up online. Any cash/on-site top-ups cannot be refunded online.

FESTIVAL REFUNDS (ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS)

Attendees can request on-site refunds at the Top-Up Points inside the festival grounds on Sunday, July 12, 2026, until the festival closes.

MONDAY REFUNDS (ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS)

On-site refunds can also be requested on Monday, July 13, 2026, between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM (8:00 - 21:00) at the designated booths.

CASH REFUND LIMIT

In order to avoid bank frauds cash refund will be limited at 1500 RON for top-up made by card. For the amounts higher than this bank checks and payment will be initiated.

ONLINE REFUNDS

If you topped up online and did not request a refund on festival grounds by the above deadline, you may request an online refund for the remaining online top-up amount. The online refund request can be submitted between July 14 and July 19, 2026 (until 23:59).

How to request online refund

Starting Wednesday, July 15, 2026, log in to your account, go to "Wristbands, Top-up, Transactions". Instead of the usual "TOP-UP" button, you will an "ASK FOR A REFUND" button which you can use to submit your request.

Important

The online refund is limited to the amount topped up online for that specific wristband. If both online and on-site top-ups were made on the same wristband, ONLY the online top-up amount is eligible for online refund.

Please ensure all information is completed accurately and double-check your bank account details before submitting the form. The Organizer is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or invalid information.

Refunds will be processed via online bank transfer by 15 August. Please note that bank charges may apply and are independent of the Organizer.
