Official Regulations

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1.The provisions of these Beach, Please! Festival Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) apply to the organization and conduct of the Beach, Please! Festival (the “Festival”), organized by the Urban Nights S.R.L, a Romanian legal entity, with registered office in 12 Glodeni Str., district 2, registered with the Trade registry under no. J40/19779/2022, sole registration number 469961040 legally represented by Mr. Carabelea Gheorghe (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) and contain the provisions that each volunteer, collaborator or participant (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) to the event agree to comply with.

1.2.The Regulations are valid indefinitely.

1.3.These Regulations applies to the users of the website beach-please.ro (the “Website”) at the time of browsing the website, of purchasing the ticket to the Festival, respectively to the Participants from the moment of receiving the ticket of participation until the date of the Festival, as well as during the participation to the Festival. By purchasing a ticket or participating to the Festival, all the Participant declare that they have read, understood and agreed to follow the Official Regulations Beach, Please Festival 2026. Additionally, by purchasing a ticket to the Camping Area, all the Participants to the Camping Area declare that they have read, understood and agreed to follow the Regulations to the Camping Beach, Please! Festival detailed in Annex 1 to these Regulations.

1.4.These Regulations are applicable as of the moment of their publication on the Website and the Organizer reserves the right to modify the provisions of these Regulations unilaterally, without prior notification. The amendments enter into force and are applicable from the moment of their publication on the Website. The Organizer specifies that these Regulations can be modified after purchasing the ticket by the Participants, even immediately before the participation to the Festival. The modification is of immediate application starting with the moment of publication on the Website. The Organizer recommends that Participants monitor any changes to these Regulations on the Festival Website.

1.5.The Festival will occur July 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 July 2026 in Costinești, Romania. The Organizer may unilaterally modify the dates of the Festival, and the Festival may be canceled in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Official recommendations or the enactment of legal norms by public authorities that make it impossible or excessively burdensome to conduct the Festival under the conditions envisaged by the Organizer are assimilated to cases of force majeure.

1.6.The Organizer aims to make the Festival a safe place where all Participants feel welcome and comfortable and where no one is discriminated against or harassed. We wish for all Participants, regardless of sex, orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity, or disabilities, to be themselves, feel safe, and be respected within the Festival. To achieve this, we expect all Participants to behave responsibly.

2. ENTRY INTO THE FESTIVAL

2.1.Entry into the Festival is allowed only based on a ticket, and access is permitted to the public starting each Festival day at 16:00.

2.2.Access is allowed only through specially designated areas.

2.3.Upon entering the Festival perimeter, the Participants will be able to acquaint themselves with the Regulations, which will be displayed in a visible location.

2.4.Each Festival Participant must have an identity document for age verification and the ticket in print or digital format.

3. TYPES OF TICKETS AND INVITATIONS AND PURCHASING THEM

3.1.The tickets can be purchased exclusively online from beach-please.ro or from our partners websites.

3.2.The Participants can choose between multiple types of tickets:

a) General Access;

  • offers access to the Festival for the duration of the Festival;
  • the Participants can attend the Event for the whole event period, except for the premium area or other special access perimeters.

b) General Access Plus;

  • includes the benefits of General Access;
  • offers to the Participants priority access to the Festival entrances, significantly reducing the waiting time at the gates.

c) VIP;

  • offers access to the VIP area, located closer to the stage, including a crowd-free bar and private toilets;
  • offers fast access, allowing for a quick entrance to the Festival without waiting in queues.

d) Ultra VIP.

  • offers access to the Ultra VIP area including a private bar and exclusive space;
  • offers to the Participants exclusive access to the special area in front of the Festival’s stage;

e) Early Entry General Access before 17:00:

  • offers access to the Festival if the ticket holder presents themselves for wristband scanning by 17:00.
  • the Participants can attend the Event for the whole event period, except for the premium area or other special access perimeters.

3.3.The Pre-Sale period for tickets for the 2026 edition of the Festival will start on the 9th of July 2025 and 4 types of tickets will be available for sale: a) General Access; b) General Access Plus; c) VIP; d) Ultra VIP.

3.4.The Participants that will be invited by the organizer will receive invitations that offers access to the Festival for the duration of the Festival. The Participants can attend the Event for the whole event period.

3.5.The Organizer only guarantees for the validity of the tickets that were purchased from the Website or from its authorized partner, Iabilet.ro.

3.6.All tickets are personal and nominal and cannot be transferred. Complete name of the Participant must be filled-in when purchasing the ticket and the name on the ticket cannot be changed. In case the Participant cannot subsequently participate, the ticket is null and the name on the ticket cannot be changed.

3.7.Tickets CANNOT BE RETURNED, REFUNDED OR ANNULED.

3.8.It is strictly forbidden to sell tickets or invites by any means, online or offline. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the cancellation of the marketed tickets or invitations and banning the access to the Camping Area and/or the Festival of the persons involved. At this time, all tickets and invitations are nominal and non-transferable. However, if the Organizer will implements an Exchange Platform related to the tickets and invitations, an announcement will be made on beach-please.ro.

3.9.Posting the unique series number of the tickets or redeem codes on social media or other websites (e.g. Facebook) is strictly prohibited.

3.10.Posting announcements about selling/donating/exchanging tickets on social media, other websites or public spaces is strictly prohibited.

3.11.If the Organizer will identify any counterfeit/forged tickets/invites/bracelets, it will inform the police.

3.12.Purchased tickets are exclusively for personal use. As an exception, purchased tickets can be used commercially, for promo campaigns, giveaways, and contests only with the prior written consent of the Organizer. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the tickets used for commercial purposes and the persons responsible will be held accountable for the damage created.

3.13.In the case of Redeem Codes, their holder, respectively the person who received the redeem code, is solely responsible for its storage and use, regardless of receiving it from the Organizer or other partners. The loss of the code or deletion of the confirmation email can lead to the impossibility of use, and all damages resulting from this circumstance remain the responsibility of the holder. The Organizer does not guarantee and is not responsible for the loss of code and the impossibility of recovering or using it.

4. CHECK-IN FOR THE FESTIVAL

4.1.For every type of tickets detailed at point 3.2. of these present Regulations, the Participants are required to check-in to the Festival and complete the related steps.

4.2.The check-in to the Festival related to the tickets detailed at point 3.2. of these present Regulations, must be performed by the Participants within 30 days of the purchase date of the ticket on beach-please.ro and will be free of charge.

4.3.Following the 30 days from the purchase date of the ticket, for the tickets detailed at point 3.2. of these present Regulations, the Organizer will apply a check-in tax for the Festival, and the amounts that shall be paid by the Participants are of:

a) 50 RON – for the check-in performed by the Participants online on beach-please.ro;

b) 75 RON – for the check-in performed by the Participants physically at checkpoints arranged by the Organizer across Romania;

c) 75 RON – for the check-in performed by the Participants physically at the Festival checkpoints.

4.4.For the invitations detailed at point 3.4. of these present Regulations, the Participants are required to check-in to the Festival and complete the related steps.

4.5.For the invitations detailed at point 3.4. of these present Regulations, the Organizer will apply a check-in tax for the Festival, and the amounts that shall be paid by the Participants are of:

a) 50 RON – for the check-in related to the invitation performed by the Participants online on beach-please.ro;

b) 75 RON – for the check-in related to the invitation performed by the Participants physically at checkpoints arranged by the Organizer across Romania;

c) 75 RON – for the check-in related to the invitation performed by the Participants physically at the Festival checkpoints.

4.6.For each payment related to the check-in of the Participants to the Festival, detailed at points 4.3. and 4.5.. of these present Regulations, a VAT tax of 19% is included and the check-in tax will be invoiced by Beach Please Festival S.R.L.

5. ACCESS FOR MINORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

5.1.Access for minors under 14 is not allowed within the Festival.

5.2.Access to the Festival is allowed for all persons aged 14 with a legal guardian (parent). For those aged 14, a commitment declaration completed by a legal guardian (parent) is required in original, declaration which must be in their possession at the time of receiving the bracelet for the entrance to the Festival. With this declaration, the access of minors aged 14 is permitted in the Festival area, together with the legal guardian. The statement can be found on beach-please.ro/minor-declaration/. After the Participant receives the bracelet, the completed commitment declaration will be retained by the Organizer as proof of handing over the Festival bracelet based on the legal representative's declaration. The Organizer will not be held liable if a declaration is submitted fraudulently. The persons submitting the declaration are fully responsible for the authenticity of the data and signature in the declaration. Minors aged 14, who are not accompanied by a legal guardian, will be able to enter the Festival with a notarized power of attorney that will authorize the person appointed by the legal guardian with the right to accompany the minor during the Festival.

5.3.For those aged between 15 and 18, a commitment declaration completed by a parent, guardian, or legal representative in original, which they must carry throughout the Festival, is required. The statement can be found on beach-please.ro/minor-declaration/.

5.4.The person responsible will provide contact details in the commitment declaration, where can be contacted in case of an emergency.

5.5.The Organizer assumes no responsibility regarding the verification of signatures or the manner of signing the declarations; these aspects remain the responsibility of the persons presenting the declarations.

5.6.Access for minors under 18 is strictly prohibited in some areas of the Festival.

5.7.Persons with disabilities classified in a category of disability and their companions benefit from facilities within the limit of 150 subscriptions for the Festival. Persons classified as seriously handicapped undertake the obligation to always come accompanied to the Festival, for reasons of personal safety.

5.8.To benefit from this facility, adults or legal representatives of minors must send a request expressing their desire to participate in the Festival to contact@beach-please.ro. They must also submit a sworn statement indicating the degree of disability, accompanied by a copy of the document issued under the law that shows the type and degree of disability.

5.9.The registration to benefit from the 2026 edition’s free access to the Festival will be made within the limit mentioned at point 5.7. Once the limit has been reached, the sent requests will not be considered by the Organizer.

5.10.To the extent that the number of requests mentioned above that follow all the conditions is reached, the Organizer shall not be obliged to respond to these requests.

5.11.Access for persons with disabilities will only be granted based on the identity card of the disabled person, the identity card of the accompanying person, a copy of the document issued by the empowered authorities showing the type and degree of disability.

5.12.The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the Festival area to disabled persons who do not present the documents mentioned in point 5.11 above.

5.13.Except applying the legal obligations concerning the rights of disabled persons at events such as the Festival, the Organizer shall not be liable for any incident/ accident involving disabled persons, and the entire responsibility shall lie with the disabled persons and/or their accompanying persons.

6. WHAT IS PROHIBITED/ALLOWED TO BRING

6.1.Participants are prohibited from entering the Festival perimeter in intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic substances.

6.2.The introduction of the following items into the Festival perimeter is PROHIBITED:

a) any drugs, psychotropic or narcotic substances and substances with a similar effect;

b) backpacks or bags larger than 29cm x 21cm x 12cm;

c) food and beverages;

d) knives, pocket knives;

e) weapons, explosives (regardless of legal ownership) etc.;

f) any cosmetic products (including lipsticks and any other makeup products);

g) baby bottles;

h) cans;

i) fireworks or any pyrotechnic articles;

j) flammable or explosive materials;

k) sprays, including self-defense sprays;

l) banners supported by sticks or metal structures;

m) chairs;

n) animals;

o) umbrellas (in case of rain, raincoats will be used);

p) any glass objects, including perfume or deodorant bottles;

q) lasers;

r) alcohol;

s) pets or animals;

t) bicycles, skates, scooters, hoverboards, segways;

u) umbrellas of any kind;

v) hammocks;

w) musical instruments;

x) portable speakers;

y) graffiti, stickers etc.;

z) advertising materials;

Chinese lanterns;

garden furniture;

speakers, amplifiers or sound systems;

unmanned aerial vehicles / drones;

any objects that could injure other Participants or other persons.

6.3.This list is not exhaustive, the Organizer having the right to deny access to the Festival Area to the extent that the object owned by the Participant could endanger the safety of other Participants.

6.4.All the Participants must pass through a security check at the entrance in the Festival Area.

6.5.Participants must submit any searches conducted by the security team members. If violations of the Regulations are discovered, the security team members will escort the offending Participant out of the Festival perimeter.

6.6.Participants are recommended not to bring into the Festival perimeter materials or objects that can be used as projectiles (e.g., lighters, bulky keychains, etc.)

6.7.Furthermore, access to bicycles, skateboards, scooters, musical instruments, graffiti, advertising materials or content of a political nature, drones, and audio systems is not permitted.

6.8.If upon checks carried out at the entrance or within the Festival perimeter, it is discovered that objects violating the Regulations have been introduced, these will be confiscated and not returned later.

6.9.The Participants acknowledges that any commercial activity or advertising without the written consent of the Organizer is prohibited.

6.10.Access to the Festival with medications such as insulin, drops, and asthma inhalers is allowed only if accompanied by a medical letter or any substitute document.

6.11.Before entering the Festival, the security team members will perform body and bag searches each day.

6.12.Refusal of a body search will result in denying the Participant access to the Festival perimeter.

6.13.Access to compact cameras and video recorders is allowed. If you wish to post them, please use #beachplease.

6.14.Along with your identity document, valid ticket, and the parent/guardian declaration where applicable, we recommend you only carry essential items – phone, wallet, medications, etc., in a small-sized pouch.

7. INTERDICTION OF ANY DRUG CONSUMPTION

7.1.The Participants are prohibited to introduce in the perimeter of the Festival any drugs, psychotropic or narcotic substances and substances with a similar effect.

7.2.The Organizer has no tolerance for the consumptions of any drugs, psychotropic or narcotic substances and substances with a similar effect by the Participants during the Festival.

7.3.Access to the festival with any drugs, psychotropic and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited. The possession for medical purposes of medication is exempted, only if they are accompanied by a medical prescription.

7.4.In case of suspicion of Participants possessing substances that could be classified as drugs, psychotropic and narcotic substances, Participants must submit any searches conducted by the security team members.

8. MEDICAL CONDITIONS

8.1.Participation in the Festival is at one’s own risk, with participants declaring through the purchase of an entry ticket that they are physically and mentally fit.

8.2.Individuals with medical conditions or medical histories are requested to register at the nearest first aid point. They can only attend the event with a companion.

9. PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

9.1.Throughout the Festival, the Organizer, its partners or the accredited press have the right to record and photograph on the perimeter of the Festival, and Participants acknowledge and consent that they may appear in these materials.

9.2.Participants can film and/or photograph within the Festival perimeter only for personal purposes and with non-professional equipment (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, compact camera).

9.3.Without the Organizer’s consent, participants are not allowed to use recordings made during the Festival, whether for free or for a fee, so as not to violate the personal rights of other participants.

9.4.The Organizer is exempt from any liability in case the Participants do not adhere to the rules mentioned above.

9.5.The Organizer has the right to record the entire Festival and make public the recorded materials, including for the event’s promotion.

10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

10.1.The Festival perimeter is monitored with video cameras for safety.

10.2.The processing of personal data captured through surveillance cameras takes place at any time within the Festival perimeter, and by purchasing the ticket, participants explicitly consent to this processing.

10.3.According to EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), participants have the right of access, rectification, the right to have data deleted or processing restricted, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

10.4.To exercise these rights, participants can submit a written, dated, and signed request to contact@beach-please.ro.

11. SECURITY AND SAFETY ASPECTS

11.1.During and within the Festival perimeter, participants must follow the instructions of security agents, collaborate with them, and adhere to instructions in case of emergency.

11.2.If areas reach their maximum authorized capacity, the Organizer reserves the right to temporarily stop access to certain areas.

11.3.The Organizer informs participants that extreme weather conditions, such as torrential rain, hail, thunder, lightning, etc., exits from the Festival may be crowded.

11.4.For security reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to interrupt or stop the Festival; to prevent a participant from leaving the Festival perimeter until further notice.

11.5.The Organizer has the right to periodically check Participants, either randomly or as a result of suspicions reported by them or the security/protection team, and to confiscate any prohibited items found on them.

11.6.The Organizer announces that all Festival Participants must submit to checks both at the entrance and inside, in exceptional cases or at the request of the security/protection team or the gendarmerie.

11.7.If the Organizer considers that a participant endangers the safety of other Participants, creates a situation of discomfort for them, or behaves in a way that affects the smooth running of the Festival or the atmosphere of the Festival, the Organizer reserves the right to escort such participant out of the Festival perimeter and to refuse to let them re-enter.

11.8.Specifically, for the smooth running of the Festival, the Participant has the following obligations:

a) to immediately communicate to the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives any situation they have reasonable grounds to consider a danger to the security and health of participants;

b) to inform the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives of any incidents suffered by themselves;

c) to cooperate with the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives, competent authorities, and volunteers;

d) to comply with the provisions of security and health legislation;

e) Participants who notice a fire must notify the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives by any means to limit and extinguish the fire;

f) in case of a fire, every Participant is obliged to provide assistance;

g) to follow the laws regarding smoking in enclosed spaces (smoking in enclosed spaces within the Festival area is strictly prohibited).

12. WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE FESTIVAL PERIMETER?

12.1.Within the Festival perimeter, you will find a variety of stages, zones, and activities.

12.2.Numerous relaxation and lounging areas will be provided within the Festival perimeter. Information points and first aid stations will be marked on the Festival map.

12.3.Participants will have limited entries, specifically 3 entries for each day of the Festival to the Festival perimeter. The Participants can leave the Festival perimeter 2 times for each day of the Festival.

12.4.In the event that a Participant purchases their ticket from platforms other than those provided by the Organizer, they assume the risk that the ticket may not be valid. In this case, access to the Festival will not be allowed.

12.5.Participants must respect and not damage the materials and structures within the Festival perimeter.

12.6.The Organizer will have first aid points within the Festival perimeter. Medical personnel are prepared to respond to any medical emergency that may arise. The Organizer is not responsible for the manner in which these services are provided.

12.7.The Organizer does not offer any guarantee regarding the possibility of Participants having access to parking lots, given the large number of Participants and the limited number of parking spaces.

12.8.Entering the Festival premises by car without a valid permit issued by the Organizer is prohibited. The Organizer recommends that the Participant use public transport or taxi services to reach the Festival premises.

12.9.The Organizer informs all Participants that, in case of extreme weather conditions, such as storms, gales, ice storms, the exit points of the Festival perimeter and public transport may be crowded. In such situations, the Organizer urges all Participants to remain calm and follow the instructions of the Organizer's representatives, security teams, or public officials. In addition, under such weather conditions, the Organizer has the right to delay, suspend or partially/fully cancel access to the camping area and the Festival, without mandatory notification to the Participants and without them being able to claim compensation for any damages thus suffered.

12.10.Access with pets is not allowed.

12.11.It is prohibited to serve or sell alcohol and tobacco to Participants under the age of 18 (eighteen) inside the Festival perimeter.

12.12.In the event that a minor under the age of 15 is found unsupervised, the Organizer will notify the authorities.

12.13.It is forbidden to use fire, by any means (fireplace heating, atmosphere or any other open fire method, fireworks) and flammable materials throughout the Festival.

12.14.Access of Participants to restricted areas or by violating their borders, including the existing boundaries / fences on the Festival perimeter, is prohibited and can be extremely dangerous.

13. MERCHANDISE/COPYRIGHT

13.1.The Organizer holds all intellectual property rights over trademarks, logos, email addresses, domain names or URLs. These cannot be used, transferred, assigned, modified, or distributed without the express written consent of the Organizer.

13.2.The Organizer holds intellectual property rights over all works created by its collaborators and/or employees during the Festival, such as photographs, videos, texts, etc.

13.3.The Participant cannot use, copy, distribute, publish, or incorporate such marks/information as mentioned above in any form to generate income without the prior written and express permission of the Organizer.

14. PAYMENT IN THE FESTIVAL, WRISTBAND, ELECTRONIC CARD

14.1.Purchasing food, non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages, and other items within the Festival will be done using a rechargeable bracelet or electronic card.

14.2.For each recharge or top-up of the wristbands or electronic card with RON currency by the Participants, a top-up fee will be applied by the Organizer to the reloaded RON amount for each top-up. The top-up fee is 3% including VAT if the top-up is made online or physically in the areas set up in the Festival Area, of the RON value reloaded for each recharge made by the Participants. The included 19% VAT applied to the top-up fee will be invoiced by Beach Please Festival S.R.L, a Romanian legal entity, with registered office in 69 Nicolae G. Caranfil Str., 2nd floor, apartment 1, Bucharest, district 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2025005584005, sole registration number 51195543.

14.3.The maximum top-up amount that can be made by the Participants is 3,000 RON. The maximum top-up amounts that can be refunded by the Organizer to each Participant is 3,000 RON.

14.4.Maintaining the integrity of the wristband is the sole responsibility of the Participant, who is solely liable in case of loss or damage.

14.5.Participants must wear the wristbands during their validity, on the wrist or, in exceptional and well-justified cases, in another visible place, provided that the wristband cannot be removed without damage. The Festival Organizers may inspect the wristbands at the entrance, at the exit and throughout the Festival perimeter, for the entire duration of the Festival.

14.6.Damaged wristbands, which have been resealed or cut, whose closing system has been opened, those with a diameter larger than the wrist of the wearer or which have been modified in any way are considered invalid. The Organizer reserves the right to retain such wristbands, to prohibit access to the Festival and to report the situation to the competent authorities.

14.7.The Organizer will not replace damaged or lost wristbands, except in cases where the Participant can legally prove the purchase of the ticket associated with that wristband. Participants who cannot provide such proof lose their right to be in the Festival perimeter and will be excluded.

14.8.In case of loss or damage of the wristband, the Participant must purchase a new ticket for that day if they wish to remain on the Festival premises.

14.9.Bracelets are non-transferable.

14.10.Participants can request a REFUND for the remaining funds on the bracelet until the Event’s conclusion on 13.07.2026 in the Festival Area.

15. LIABILITY OF ARTISTS INVITED TO THE FESTIVAL

15.1.Artists invited to the Festival are obliged to limit themselves to the artistic performance and not to resort to acts of physical or verbal violence against the Organizer, Participants, invited artists or any other third parties.

15.2.Artists invited to the Festival are obliged to respect the provisions of these Regulations and to have a compliant and professional attitude both during the organizational and artistic schedule, as well as throughout the duration of the Festival.

15.3.The Organizer prohibits artists invited to the Festival from directly or indirectly attacking the Organizer, Participants, other invited artists or any other third parties.

15.4.Artists are solely liable for any criticism, accusations, denigration or any other acts of physical or verbal violence undertaken during the Festival, and the liability of the Organizer shall not be engaged.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER AND FORCE MAJEURE

16.1.The Organizer does not guarantee the duration of the entry process, given the large number of visitors.

16.2.The Organizer recommends that all Participants arrive at the Festival a few hours before the concert they wish to attend.

16.3.The Organizer does not guarantee the possibility of entering the Festival at the desired time or the possibility of attending the desired concert on time and explicitly excludes refunding the ticket price to the Participant, granting a subsequent discount or paying damages, compensation or any form of indemnity to the Participant.

16.4.Once the Participant has received the access wristband, the Organizer is no longer responsible for its integrity. The Participant has no right to claim compensation as a result of the loss or destruction of the wristband.

16.5.The Organizer is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of the Participant's belongings.

16.6.The Organizer excludes liability for damages caused within the Festival territory that were not directly and exclusively caused by a faulty organization.

16.7.Within the Festival, the Organizer may make unilateral changes to the schedule (artistic, organizational, etc.) based on various situations that may arise. The Participant has no right to claim damages in case of these changes nor the right to request a refund of the ticket price.

16.8.The Organizer reserves the right to modify, restructure and further develop the Festival, the services and the products offered, at its discretion, according to needs. Participants have no right to make claims against the Organizer regarding these changes, restructurings or subsequent developments.

16.9.Therefore, the Organizer does not guarantee the Participant the availability, content, quality or quantity of programs and services (such as the appearance or performance of a specific artist on stage, the fact that the performance of a specific artist will meet the Participant's expectations or the possibility of participating in a specific artistic program and/or in a specific location). These elements may vary depending on the characteristics of the area, exceptional situations and available equipment.

16.10.However, the Organizer will make every effort to offer the programs and services communicated in advance and, in case their provision becomes impossible, to replace the canceled program or service communicated in advance with another program or service.

16.11.The Organizer is not obliged to cancel the Festival in case of bad weather; however, if the authorities request the suspension or closure of the Festival by the Organizer due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the Festival or a part of it will be canceled/suspended. The Organizer cannot be held liable for its closure/suspension.

16.12.Participants expressly acknowledge that they may also purchase products and services related to the Festival from contract partners other than the Organizer. In such cases, the contract is concluded directly between the Participant and the contract partner, and the rights and obligations arising from this legal relationship apply exclusively to the Participant and the contract partner.

16.13.Participants expressly confirm, upon purchasing the entry ticket, that they will not hold the Organizer liable and will not make any claims against it in the event of accidents and/or damages suffered by them within the Festival perimeter, caused by acts, facts or omissions of other natural or legal persons (such as service providers, food, beverages or equipment) and which are not caused by the direct fault of the Organizer.

16.14.Upon purchasing the entry ticket, Participants expressly confirm that they cannot make any complaints against the Organizer regarding those products and services or the contract for those products and services. The Organizer also declares that it is not liable in any way regarding the products and services provided by contract partners. Participants may use the services and products provided by contract partners solely at their own risk. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from or suffered in connection with the purchase or use of services and products provided by contract partners.

16.15.The Organizer will be liable only for intentional contractual breaches that are directly attributable to it and for contractual breaches that endanger human health, physical integrity or health, if those damages are caused exclusively by the Organizer and could not have been avoided by the Participant through diligence, and excludes any liability beyond the explicit legal rights of the Participants regarding any damage, including those affecting human life, physical integrity or health or material damage.

16.16.Given that there is no contractual relationship between the Organizer and the unauthorized Participant (namely, a person who participates in the Festival without a valid ticket), the Organizer explicitly excludes any liability towards the unauthorized Participant and for all claims that a consumer might formulate.

16.17.Participants and unauthorized participants are fully liable, under both civil and criminal law, for any damages they cause to the Organizer, its contracting partners, or other Participants.

16.18.Participants and the persons accompanying them under the conditions of Chapter 5, expressly confirm and understand that artistic acts are performed within the Festival which may contain moments with licentious language. Thus, the Participants confirm that they will not hold the Organizer liable and will not make any claims against it in connection with these artistic moments.

16.19.The Organizer is not responsible for the illegal activities or omissions of any Participant, unauthorized participant or pet. Suppose a participant or an unauthorized participant causes damage to another participant or unauthorized participant. In this case, the latter must direct any action against the guilty person for the repair of the damage, not against the Organizer.

16.20.The Organizer is not responsible for any damages that may occur outside the Festival perimeter or on the way to or from the Festival area, as the Organizer can be held liable, subject to the above exclusions in this section, exclusively for damages occurring within the Festival perimeter and only if the conditions provided in these Regulations for engaging the Organizer's liability are met.

16.21.The Organizer has the right to terminate the legal relationship with the Participant (who holds a ticket or a wristband) who has violated any provision of these Regulations in connection with the Festival. In such a case, the Organizer may invalidate the Participant's ticket or withdraw their wristband, and the Participant will be obliged to leave the Festival. In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse the purchase of a new ticket by that Participant during the Festival or, in case they obtain a ticket to the Festival, to refuse them access to the Festival premises, without granting any right to compensation.

16.22.In addition to the immediate termination of the legal relationship with the Participant, the Organizer has the right to subsequently refuse their access to the Festival.

16.23.The Participant consents to receive appropriate medical treatment in case of injury, accident or illness during the Festival and completely releases the Organizer and all persons participating in providing that medical treatment from any such actions.

16.24.The Organizer is not responsible for the manner in which first aid and medical assistance are provided.

16.25.The Festival will include various high-intensity light shows and pyrotechnic effects that could affect children or people with epilepsy.

16.26.Also, the Organizer does not assume responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by fireworks or pyrotechnic effects. Participants assume full responsibility for their physical/psychological ability to participate in various activities within the Festival.

16.27.Participants are recommended to undergo specialized medical checks before participating in activities that require extreme effort.

16.28.The Organizer will not be responsible for any damage (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or inability to use the information presented in connection with the Festival.

16.29.Without any prior notice, the Organizer may delete, modify or add any information on the site, may suspend any activity on the site, and in the case of references to other sites of the Festival, does not guarantee and/or confirm in any form the type of information that can be found on those sites.

16.30.The value of the purchased tickets will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the Festival by the Organizer due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances refer to any external and unpredictable event, such as, but not limited to, storms, threats or risk of terrorist attack, acts of public authorities, legitimate or not, epidemics, pandemics, accidents, explosions, fires, floods, torrential rains, earthquakes, social conflicts, power grid short-circuit, high health risk, or any other cases that could not be foreseen or avoided with diligence and prudence by the Organizer.

16.31.Moving the event location does not constitute a reason for refunding the ticket value.

16.32.The Organizer unilaterally modifies the date of the Festival in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, without being obliged to refund the ticket price to the Participant.

16.33.Suppose the event is rescheduled due to causes that depend exclusively on the will of the Organizer. In this case, the ticket value can be refunded. However, the refund request must be sent within 30 days of the rescheduling date of the Event exclusively to the e-mail address help@beach-please.ro.

16.34.In case of death of the ticket holder, the Organizer will refund the value of the paid ticket, provided that the applicant presents supporting documents proving the event (for example, a death certificate).

17. SANCTIONS

17.1.The Organizer has the right to prohibit a Participant’s access to the Festival premises, either entirely or partially, or to invite the Participant to leave the Festival premises in case of violation of the Regulations or any law in force in Romania.

17.2.Using false identity documents will be considered identity fraud under Article 327 of the Penal Code. Entry to the Festival will be denied.

17.3.Forging tickets or bracelets will be considered forgery of official documents according to article 320 of the Penal Code, and entry to the Festival will be denied.

17.4.The Organizer will redirect cases of forgery to the criminal authorities to initiate criminal prosecution.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

18.1.During the Festival, vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be restricted on the street bordering the performance area during the three concert days, between 12:00 and 06:00.

19. DISPUTES

19.1.Any conflict that arises between the Organizer and the Participant due to participation in the Festival will be resolved amicably. If this is impossible, resolving disputes falls under the jurisdiction of Romanian courts in Bucharest.

19.2.The applicable law will be Romanian law.

19.3.The Organizer reserves the right to check compliance with these Regulations. Failure to comply with the provisions of these Regulations may lead to eviction from the Festival area and to prohibiting access to the Festival Area.

19.4.The provisions of these Regulations are supplemented by those of the CAMPING REGULATIONS OF THE BEACH PLEASE FESTIVAL 2026, which must be respected by all Participants.

19.5.These Regulations, representing the Contract between the Participant (consumer) and the Organizer, may be assigned by the latter without the need for the customer's consent. These Regulations are governed by Romanian law.

19.6.Chapter and subtitle names are for reference only and must not be taken into consideration in the interpretation or construction of these Regulations.

19.7.In case one of the clauses of these Regulations is declared null or inapplicable, the rest of the clauses will continue to produce their effects, and the clause declared null or inapplicable will be replaced by a new clause that reflects as closely as possible the will of the Organizer.
