
Official Regulations
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The provisions of these Beach, Please! Festival Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) apply to the organization and conduct of the Beach, Please! Festival (the “Festival”), organized by the Urban Nights S.R.L, a Romanian legal entity, with registered office in 12 Glodeni Str., district 2, registered with the Trade registry under no. J40/19779/2022, sole registration number 469961040 legally represented by Mr. Carabelea Gheorghe (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) and contain the provisions that each volunteer, collaborator or participant (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) to the event agree to comply with.
1.2. The Regulations are valid indefinitely.
1.3. These Regulations applies to the users of the website beach-please.ro (the “Website”) at the time of browsing the website, of purchasing the ticket to the Festival, respectively to the Participants from the moment of receiving the ticket of participation until the date of the Festival, as well as during the participation to the Festival. By purchasing a ticket or participating to the Festival, all the Participant declare that they have read, understood and agreed to follow the Official Regulations Beach, Please Festival 2026. Additionally, by purchasing a ticket to the Camping Area, all the Participants to the Camping Area declare that they have read, understood and agreed to follow the Regulations to the Camping Beach, Please! Festival detailed in Annex 1 to these Regulations.
1.4. These Regulations are applicable as of the moment of their publication on the Website and the Organizer reserves the right to modify the provisions of these Regulations unilaterally, without prior notification. The amendments enter into force and are applicable from the moment of their publication on the Website. The Organizer specifies that these Regulations can be modified after purchasing the ticket by the Participants, even immediately before the participation to the Festival. The modification is of immediate application starting with the moment of publication on the Website. The Organizer recommends that Participants monitor any changes to these Regulations on the Festival Website.
1.5. The Festival will occur July 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 July 2026 in Costinești, Romania. The Organizer may unilaterally modify the dates of the Festival, and the Festival may be canceled in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Official recommendations or the enactment of legal norms by public authorities that make it impossible or excessively burdensome to conduct the Festival under the conditions envisaged by the Organizer are assimilated to cases of force majeure.
1.6. The Organizer aims to make the Festival a safe place where all Participants feel welcome and comfortable and where no one is discriminated against or harassed. We wish for all Participants, regardless of sex, orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity, or disabilities, to be themselves, feel safe, and be respected within the Festival. To achieve this, we expect all Participants to behave responsibly.
2. ENTRY INTO THE FESTIVAL
2.1. Entry into the Festival is allowed only based on a ticket, and access is permitted to the public starting each Festival day at 16:00.
2.2. Access is allowed only through specially designated areas.
2.3. Upon entering the Festival perimeter, the Participants will be able to acquaint themselves with the Regulations, which will be displayed in a visible location.
2.4. Each Festival Participant must have an identity document for age verification and the ticket in print or digital format.
3. TYPES OF TICKETS AND INVITATIONS AND PURCHASING THEM
3.1. The tickets can be purchased exclusively online from beach-please.ro or from our partners websites.
3.2. The Participants can choose between multiple types of tickets:
- a) General Access:
- offers access to the Festival for the duration of the Festival;
- the Participants can attend the Event for the whole event period, except for the premium area or other special access perimeters.
- b) General Access Plus:
- includes the benefits of General Access;
- offers to the Participants priority access to the Festival entrances, significantly reducing the waiting time at the gates.
- c) VIP:
- offers access to the VIP area, located closer to the stage, including a crowd-free bar and private toilets;
- offers fast access, allowing for a quick entrance to the Festival without waiting in queues.
- d) Ultra VIP:
- offers access to the Ultra VIP area including a private bar and exclusive space;
- offers to the Participants exclusive access to the special area in front of the Festival’s stage;
- offers fast access, allowing for a quick entrance to the Festival without waiting in queues.
3.3. The Pre-Sale period for tickets for the 2026 edition of the Festival will start on the 9th of July 2025 and 4 types of tickets will be available for sale: a) General Access; b) General Access Plus; c) VIP; d) Ultra VIP.
3.4. The Participants that will be invited by the organizer will receive invitations that offers access to the Festival for the duration of the Festival. The Participants can attend the Event for the whole event period.
3.5. The Organizer only guarantees for the validity of the tickets that were purchased from the Website or from its authorized partner, Iabilet.ro.
3.6. All tickets are personal and nominal and cannot be transferred. Complete name of the Participant must be filled-in when purchasing the ticket and the name on the ticket cannot be changed. In case the Participant cannot subsequently participate, the ticket is null and the name on the ticket cannot be changed.
3.7. Tickets CANNOT BE RETURNED, REFUNDED OR ANNULED.
3.8. It is strictly forbidden to sell tickets or invites by any means, online or offline. Failure to comply with these provisions will result in the cancellation of the marketed tickets or invitations and banning the access to the Camping Aria and/or the Festival of the persons involved. At this time, all tickets and invitations are nominal and non-transferable. However, if the Organizer will implements an Exchange Platform related to the tickets and invitations, an announcement will be made on beach-please.ro.
3.9. Posting the unique series number of the tickets or redeem codes on social media or other websites (e.g. Facebook) is strictly prohibited.
3.10. Posting announcements about selling/donating/exchanging tickets on social media, other websites or public spaces is strictly prohibited.
3.11. If the Organizer will identify any counterfeit/forged tickets/invites/bracelets, it will inform the police.
3.12. Purchased tickets are exclusively for personal use. As an exception, purchased tickets can be used commercially, for promo campaigns, giveaways, and contests only with the prior written consent of the Organizer. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the tickets used for commercial purposes and the persons responsible will be held accountable for the damage created.
3.13. In the case of Redeem Codes, their holder, respectively the person who received the redeem code, is solely responsible for its storage and use, regardless of receiving it from the Organizer or other partners. The loss of the code or deletion of the confirmation email can lead to the impossibility of use, and all damages resulting from this circumstance remain the responsibility of the holder. The Organizer does not guarantee and is not responsible for the loss of code and the impossibility of recovering or using it.
4. CHECK-IN FOR THE FESTIVAL
4.1. For every type of tickets detailed at point 3.2. of these present Regulations, the Participants are required to check-in to the Festival and complete the related steps.
4.2. The check-in to the Festival related to the tickets detailed at point 3.2. of these present Regulations, must be performed by the Participants within 30 days of the purchase date of the ticket on beach-please.ro and will be free of charge.
4.3. Following the 30 days from the purchase date of the ticket, for the tickets detailed at point 3.2. of these present Regulations, the Organizer will apply a check-in tax for the Festival, and the amounts that shall be paid by the Participants are of:
- 50 RON – for the check-in that will be performed by the Participants online on beach-please.ro;
- 75 RON – for the check-in that will be performed by the Participants physically at the checkpoints that will be arranged by the Organizer across Romania;
- 75 RON – for the check-in that will be performed by the Participants physically at the checkpoints of the Festival.
4.4. For the invitations detailed at point 3.4. of these present Regulations, the Participants are required to check-in to the Festival and complete the related steps.
4.5. For the invitations detailed at point 3.4. of these present Regulations, the Organizer will apply a check-in tax for the Festival, and the amounts that shall be paid by the Participants are of:
- 50 RON – for the check-in related to the invitation that will be performed by the Participants online on beach-please.ro;
- 75 RON – for the check-in related to the invitation that will be performed by the Participants physically at the checkpoints that will be arranged by the Organizer across Romania;
- 75 RON – for the check-in related to the invitation that will be performed by the Participants physically at the checkpoints of the Festival.
4.6. For each payment related to the check-in of the Participants to the Festival, detailed at points 4.3. and 4.5.. of these present Regulations, a VAT tax of 19% is included and the check-in tax will be invoiced by Beach Please Festival S.R.L.
5. ACCESS FOR MINORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
5.1. Access for minors under 14 is not allowed within the Festival.
5.2. Access to the Festival is allowed for all persons aged 14 with a legal guardian (parent). For those aged 14, a commitment declaration completed by a legal guardian (parent) is required in original, declaration which must be in their possession at the time of receiving the bracelet for the entrance to the Festival. The statement can be found on beach-please.ro/minor-declaration/.
5.3. For those aged between 15 and 18, a commitment declaration completed by a parent, guardian, or legal representative in original, which they must carry throughout the Festival, is required. The statement can be found on beach-please.ro/minor-declaration/.
5.4. The person responsible will provide contact details in the commitment declaration, where can be contacted in case of an emergency.
5.5. The Organizer assumes no responsibility regarding the verification of signatures or the manner of signing the declarations; these aspects remain the responsibility of the persons presenting the declarations.
5.6. Access for minors under 18 is strictly prohibited in some areas of the Festival.
5.7. Persons with disabilities classified in a category of disability and their companions benefit from facilities within the limit of 150 subscriptions for the Festival. Persons classified as seriously handicapped undertake the obligation to always come accompanied to the Festival, for reasons of personal safety.
5.8. To benefit from this facility, adults or legal representatives of minors must send a request expressing their desire to participate in the Festival to contact@beach-please.ro. They must also submit a sworn statement indicating the degree of disability, accompanied by a copy of the document issued under the law that shows the type and degree of disability.
5.9. The registration to benefit from the 2026 edition’s free access to the Festival will be made within the limit mentioned at point 5.7. Once the limit has been reached, the sent requests will not be considered by the Organizer.
5.10. To the extent that the number of requests mentioned above that follow all the conditions is reached, the Organizer shall not be obliged to respond to these requests.
5.11. Access for persons with disabilities will only be granted based on the identity card of the disabled person, the identity card of the accompanying person, a copy of the document issued by the empowered authorities showing the type and degree of disability.
5.12. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access to the Festival area to disabled persons who do not present the documents mentioned in point 5.11 above.
5.13. Except applying the legal obligations concerning the rights of disabled persons at events such as the Festival, the Organizer shall not be liable for any incident/ accident involving disabled persons, and the entire responsibility shall lie with the disabled persons and/or their accompanying persons.
6. WHAT IS PROHIBITED/ALLOWED TO BRING
6.1. Participants are prohibited from entering the Festival perimeter in intoxication or under the influence of psychotropic substances.
6.2. The introduction of the following items into the Festival perimeter is PROHIBITED:
- any drugs, psychotropic or narcotic substances;
- backpacks or pouches larger than 29cmx21cmx12cm;
- food and beverages;
- knives, penknives;
- weapons, explosives;
- any cosmetic products;
- baby bottles, cans, glass objects;
- fireworks or pyrotechnic articles;
- flammable or explosive materials;
- sprays, including self-defense sprays;
- banners supported by sticks or metal structures;
- chairs, animals, umbrellas;
- lasers, alcohol;
- bicycles, skates, scooters, hoverboards, segways;
- hammocks, musical instruments;
- portable speakers, graffiti, stickers;
- advertising material;
- Chinese lampions;
- drones / unmanned aerial vehicles.
6.3. This list is not exhaustive, the Organizer having the right to deny access to the Festival Area to the extent that the object owned by the Participant could endanger the safety of other Participants.
6.4. All the Participants must pass through a security check at the entrance in the Festival Area.
6.5. Participants must submit any searches conducted by the security team members. If violations of the Regulations are discovered, the security team members will escort the offending Participant out of the Festival perimeter.
6.6. Participants are recommended not to bring into the Festival perimeter materials or objects that can be used as projectiles (e.g., lighters, bulky keychains, etc.)
6.7. Furthermore, access to bicycles, skateboards, scooters, musical instruments, graffiti, advertising materials or content of a political nature, drones, and audio systems is not permitted.
6.8. If upon checks carried out at the entrance or within the Festival perimeter, it is discovered that objects violating the Regulations have been introduced, these will be confiscated and not returned later.
6.9. The Participants acknowledges that any commercial activity or advertising without the written consent of the Organizer is prohibited.
6.10. Access to the Festival with medications such as insulin, drops, and asthma inhalers is allowed only if accompanied by a medical letter or any substitute document.
6.11. Before entering the Festival, the security team members will perform body and bag searches each day.
6.12. Refusal of a body search will result in denying the Participant access to the Festival perimeter.
6.13. Access to compact cameras and video recorders is allowed. If you wish to post them, please use #beachplease.
6.14. Along with your identity document, valid ticket, and the parent/guardian declaration where applicable, we recommend you only carry essential items – phone, wallet, medications, etc., in a small-sized pouch.
7. INTERDICTION OF ANY DRUG CONSUMPTION
7.1. The Participants are prohibited to introduce in the perimeter of the Festival any drugs, psychotropic or narcotic substances and substances with a similar effect.
7.2. The Organizer has no tolerance for the consumptions of any drugs, psychotropic or narcotic substances and substances with a similar effect by the Participants during the Festival.
7.3. Access to the festival with any drugs, psychotropic and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited. The possession for medical purposes of medication is exempted, only if they are accompanied by a medical prescription.
7.4. In case of suspicion of Participants possessing substances that could be classified as drugs, psychotropic and narcotic substances, Participants must submit any searches conducted by the security team members.
8. MEDICAL CONDITIONS
8.1. Participation in the Festival is at one’s own risk, with participants declaring through the purchase of an entry ticket that they are physically and mentally fit.
8.2. Individuals with medical conditions or medical histories are requested to register at the nearest first aid point. They can only attend the event with a companion.
9. PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS
9.1. Throughout the Festival, the Organizer, its partners or the accredited press have the right to record and photograph on the perimeter of the Festival, and Participants acknowledge and consent that they may appear in these materials.
9.2. Participants can film and/or photograph within the Festival perimeter only for personal purposes and with non-professional equipment (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, compact camera).
9.3. Without the Organizer’s consent, participants are not allowed to use recordings made during the Festival, whether for free or for a fee, so as not to violate the personal rights of other participants.
9.5. The Organizer has the right to record the entire Festival and make public the recorded materials, including for the event’s promotion.
10. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1. The Festival perimeter is monitored with video cameras for safety.
10.2. The processing of personal data captured through surveillance cameras takes place at any time within the Festival perimeter, and by purchasing the ticket, participants explicitly consent to this processing.
10.3. According to EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), participants have the right of access, rectification, the right to have data deleted or processing restricted, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
10.4. To exercise these rights, participants can submit a written, dated, and signed request to contact@beach-please.ro.
11. SECURITY AND SAFETY ASPECTS
11.1. During and within the Festival perimeter, participants must follow the instructions of security agents, collaborate with them, and adhere to instructions in case of emergency.
11.2. If areas reach their maximum authorized capacity, the Organizer reserves the right to temporarily stop access to certain areas.
11.3. The Organizer informs participants that extreme weather conditions, such as torrential rain, hail, thunder, lightning, etc., exits from the Festival may be crowded.
11.4. For security reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to interrupt or stop the Festival; to prevent a participant from leaving the Festival perimeter until further notice.
11.8. Specifically, for the smooth running of the Festival, the Participant has the following obligations:
- to immediately communicate to the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives any situation they have reasonable grounds to consider a danger to the security and health of participants;
- to inform the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives of any incidents suffered by themselves;
- to cooperate with the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives, competent authorities, and volunteers;
- to comply with the provisions of security and health legislation;
- Participants who notice a fire must notify the security team and/or the Organizer’s representatives by any means to limit and extinguish the fire;
- in case of a fire, every Participant is obliged to provide assistance;
- to follow the laws regarding smoking in enclosed spaces (smoking in enclosed spaces within the Festival area is strictly prohibited).
12. WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE FESTIVAL PERIMETER?
12.1. Within the Festival perimeter, you will find a variety of stages, zones, and activities.
12.2. Numerous relaxation and lounging areas will be provided within the Festival perimeter. Information points and first aid stations will be marked on the Festival map.
12.3. Participants will have limited entries, specifically 3 entries for each day of the Festival to the Festival perimeter. The Participants can leave the Festival perimeter 2 times for each day of the Festival.
12.10. Access with pets is not allowed.
12.11. It is prohibited to serve or sell alcohol and tobacco to Participants under the age of 18 (eighteen) inside the Festival perimeter.
12.13. It is forbidden to use fire, by any means (fireplace heating, atmosphere or any other open fire method, fireworks) and flammable materials throughout the Festival.
13. MERCHANDISE/COPYRIGHT
13.1. The Organizer holds all intellectual property rights over trademarks, logos, email addresses, domain names or URLs. These cannot be used, transferred, assigned, modified, or distributed without the express written consent of the Organizer.
13.3. The Participant cannot use, copy, distribute, publish, or incorporate such marks/information as mentioned above in any form to generate income without the prior written and express permission of the Organizer.
14. PAYMENT IN THE FESTIVAL, WRISTBAND, ELECTRONIC CARD
14.1. Purchasing food, non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages, and other items within the Festival will be done using a rechargeable bracelet or electronic card.
14.9. Bracelets are non-transferable.
14.10. Participants can request a REFUND for the remaining funds on the bracelet until the Event’s conclusion on 13.07.2026 in the Festival Area.
17. SANCTIONS
17.1. The Organizer has the right to prohibit a Participant’s access to the Festival premises, either entirely or partially, or to invite the Participant to leave the Festival premises in case of violation of the Regulations or any law in force in Romania.
17.2. Using false identity documents will be considered identity fraud under Article 327 of the Penal Code. Entry to the Festival will be denied.
17.3. Forging tickets or bracelets will be considered forgery of official documents according to article 320 of the Penal Code, and entry to the Festival will be denied.
17.4. The Organizer will redirect cases of forgery to the criminal authorities to initiate criminal prosecution.
19. DISPUTES
19.1. Any conflict that arises between the Organizer and the Participant due to participation in the Festival will be resolved amicably. If this is impossible, resolving disputes falls under the jurisdiction of Romanian courts in Bucharest.
19.2. The applicable law will be Romanian law.
